Excellent, marvellous location in Fes El Bali district close enough to a taxi stand for nighttime needs, a multi taxi, and the licensed restaurant. Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juices and croissants, for example.

The property is stylish, it has very friendly and caring staff at the reception desk. Its location is unbeatable and magnificent, right by Medina, comfortable and a taxi stand, central area.

I almost thought this place might be good, but the bed was as hard as the floor and the shampoo situation, well, what a travesty! No room service nor even a rounded corner. Where's the upgrade i deserved for all this? Honestly, one night here was quite enough, woudl ve been better staying at home.

The breakfast was traditional: you could find tea, fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and eggs. The location was great and excellent - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

beautifully decorated suites, relaxing rooftop terrace, vibrant courtyard
The absence of entertainment options irritated me!!! Switching off the lights in common areas after dinner seemed like staying in a dead zone!!! The bathroom amenities were disorganized and cheap. This isn't acceptable for the price!!!

Staying at the Riad was very nice! The fine courtyard, lined with palm trees and comfy seating, created a relaxing vibe for our family. Our suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. Plus, the staff were really attentive.
For dads, it would be great if the scheduling for tours was a bit more flexible for families.

Honestly, the staff was really good! And the food in the restaurant? Absolutely good!
It wasn't the cheapest experience around, but worth every penny.
